First tell the system what country location in which you want to use ALO.

If you have not already selected Location/Country, please click www.vive.com and select the location/country. This will determine the rates of charge of the service that is applicable to the ALO service that you want to use.

Register yourself as a New User at Registration/New User or if you have purchased a Prepaid Card or PIN for ALO, please register at Registration/Register with PIN.

After you have done the registration, you will be able to use the User Name and Password to go to LogIn webpage to buy credit or top up credit in order to use the ALO service

To make a call with ALO, you have to first dial the Access Number for use in your Location/Country - click here for the list of Access Number and then follow the voice prompts to enter the telephone number (including the country code) that you want to reach.

For instance, to call a telephone number in Sao Paulo, Brazil 11-3711-5947, you would dial 55 11 3711 5947.
